I love eating salads even though I'm not on a diet. I just love the vinaigrettes! I am currently addicted to Figaro's Greek Salad with Feta Cheese.. (although I ask them to hold the red and green peppers). The salad consist of Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumbers, Olives, Feta Cheese and the "Basic Vinaigrette" according to the menu. I think there's a little pinch of thyme in the salad as well.
I want to make my own greek salad instead of spending 129 pesos every morning.. I really wonder how the viniagrette is made. I looked at other websites and most recipes have too much, and I think the Vinaigrette in Figaro is alot simple than what's on those websites...
There's probably olive oil in there, mustard.. salt and pepper... I wonder what vinegar they used...
I want more!!
