2011 Goal: I want to start a collection

It's a bit late for my new year's resolutions but I still have the same ones from last year... I still set small goals for myself but this year I want to reward myself for actually accomplishing more than half of the New Year's resolutions I had for 2010.

+ Be assertive <- Lately, I'm surprised on how I handle issues and people. I just noticed how I changed...
+ Keep my room clean<- This is a work in progress but I have been cleaning up more than I used to :)
+ Skin care <- Major improvement on my skin care habit~ I'm addicted to facial masks and I use moisturizers.
+ Spend Less <-- EPIC FAIL!!! Don't ask!
+ Eat Healthy <-- Haven't been sick for a while just the usual migraines.. but my health improved.

Since my work is getting challenging each day... I'm trying to keep myself motivated... So I created a wish list for 2011. Most items are pricey but I'll still try to control my spending so I can stay with my "Spend less" goal. I still need a "strategy" so I can do this but here's the list of what I want:

1. Clay supplies (so I can earn money for my collection)
  - Oyumaru
  - Sukerukun Clay

2. Nendoroid Collection (Inspiration and models for my miniatures)

PLDT worst customer service ever

Just when I thought Globe and Sun had really bad customer service... try calling PLDT!

1, 3, 2, area code + phone number...

"YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US. OUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE ASSISTING OTHER CALLS AT THE MOMENT. PLEASE STAY ON THE LINE UNTIL OUR REPRESENTATIVE BECOMES AVAILABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL."




"Our business hours are from 8am to 6pm from Mondays thru Fridays and 8am to 5pm for weekends and holidays!"


I've been calling since last night and from 8am until 12noon. All I've been hearing is those stupid lines.


Currently trying to stay as long as I can... 8 minutes and counting.


No wonder there was a customer swearing incident...


Anyway, I just wanted to confirm something about my billing statement. I've been paying more than I should it went over 8k... I just wanted to confirm and I had to take a sick leave just to call the damn customer service. I practically paid for a whole year!


At the moment... *wait...*  Someone FINALLY PICKED UP!!!! After 11 minutes and 30 seconds!


Thankfully, I was able to keep my cool and stopped myself from getting really mad at the customer rep. She confirmed that I have an over payment of 8,xxx php and that I do not have to pay my bills for 11 months... THE WHOLE YEAR!


Although, I took advantage of the fact that they record the conversations and said that I been trying to call since this morning. The rep told me that PLDT was trying to fix the system to accommodate all calls and blah blah blah... I couldn't resist and mentioned that it was ironic that they were having issues like that since they were a telecommunications company.

New Discovery!

Ever since I came across this website: http://www.mysmallobsession.com, I got obsessed looking for things that I can make into molds for my clay hobby~ 


I still want to buy the reusable resin mold from Japan but I have to make do without buying things online. Once I'm able to pay off my credit card bill for this year, my boyfriend told me I can go crazy with my clay stuff ^^


So for now, I bought a bag of Jelly Ace candies! Hihihi I discovered that I can use the cups as a mold for the base of a pie, or a cake! I tried it last night when I was finally able to buy a bag of candies and took a really bad photo of it with my itouch.. cuz I was in a hurry this morning~!

Sulking... (Work Related Rant)

I'm not proud of it.. but I admit that I am!

There were 2 emails that got me very irritable this morning. First email I saw was an issue raised by a client... of course, I made a mistake that I didn't follow one document word per word but goodness... The issue is answered by another document that was approved and discussed so many times... they approved it! My mistake to think that the document THEY approved was good... GEEZ.. Make up your minds about the requirements!!!

The second email was about my vacation leaves, which was also approved last week.. BUT this morning... they took it all back... or at least 3 days out of 5 days...

It's frustrating... I got all excited about those 3 days and I was planning something with my boyfriend.. but everything went down the drain...

As if I can do something about any issues that would be raised...

At the moment.. I'm just trying to control my mood...
