Nail Art: Just in Time for Valentine's

Despite being single this coming Valentine's day, I feel giddy and happy for some reason I even grew my nails long. I cant explain why... but consider it a celebration of ~~freedom~~ independence.

I didn't want to go overboard with reds and pinks this Valentine's day so I went with purple and pink. Here are the nail polishes I used.

As usual I used my skin food top coat~

I used Petite Darling Nails PP905 as my base color

The Face Shop's erm...PP405 (It's a 3 year old polish.. or older...)

New Hobby(?) Resin Charms and a Mini Rant

I've been thinking about playing around with resin for a long time, probably as long as I have been making polymer clay charms or since I stumbled upon Snowfern's website.

Should I pick up another hobby? Every time I see some resin jewelry tutorials I spend 2-3 hours drooling over the things I can make with resin like:

miniature cups
realistic miniature fruit jams, sauces, soups...
miniature plates
my own rhinestones <-- this makes me the most excited... all I need is the shiny back
Some charms
my own beads

I already have the molds for it or I can already create my own silicone molds... All I need is the resin. I wish it was locally available.

Sorry to say, but, I hate my country for only supplying what is currently a fad... Artists like me who are curious about different materials can't "expand our horizons" because first, everyone.. online sellers or malls want to monopolize on "fads" and sell over priced materials like polymer clay. Second, they only supply whatever is popular. Like milk tea... sorry I just had to say hahaha.. Maybe I should use sports as a better example, last Thursday, a friend asked me to go shopping with her. We went to some sporty shops and I went to look around for some tennis shoes at Toby's... I didn't find any. Then we went to Nike, and I only saw 2 pairs. Well it's not like I'm gonna play or anything but the art world is the same. If in sports we have shops plastered with Bike shoes and Running shoes, in art we only have... Cross stitching thread and some yarn...

I know, I know.. supply and demand blah blahs... "You should be more resourceful" blah blah blah... =_= I'm just frustrated...

I've been going back from justifying my "new hobby" (which, i have mentioned above) and the cons of playing around with resin.

Cons:

Not available locally, I only saw 2 multiply sellers and I'm not sure if they are even active
more clutter in my room
Last but not the least... I actually have to work OUTSIDE my room!!

A few personal facts about me:

I actually suck at cross stitching... so bad that I had to ask someone else to complete a cross stitch piggy pattern for me, which was not even a school project =_= (I feel so ashamed...)
I can be considered as a shut in. I hate leaving my room given the situation with the stepmother and all...

Can you guess how excited I was when I saw that my current fave Korean Band had a song called 'Tik Tok" with her and a Music Vid as well? I super love the song! I could play it for a whole day over and over! The music video wasn't bad at all it had romance, suspense, and a good twist at the end! It was like a mini drama Taec was so cute in the video.

I added a thick gold line on the french tips to hide the messed up french tip (even though I used tape to help me with the french tips...).

Polishes I used

I've been using my pink etude polish a whole lot as my base coat. No matter how long or how thick I use, I haven't noticed my nails getting stained or discolored (turning yellow). I love etude polishes! hahaha!

Sassy Nail Art Brush and Pen duo

I completely forgot about posting this! I was really excited that I found these at a Watson's branch near my office last November.

I wish they had better color choices though. The silver and gold pens were the only colors that stood out... the rest were just the typical primary or secondary colors. I also noticed that some pens had the pins (for removing clogs) stuck at the bottom of the tube, the metallic ones had none.. I was too shy to take one from the other tubes and stick them on the ones I was buying...

I bought the metallic gold and silver pens..

The brushes are not so thin but I like it, especially for doing french tips..

It has a stopper for the pen.. but I think it's a little too short..

36 pesos for each~ not bad considering other nail art pens costs around 100++ php

My gold french tip variation~! I really think my color preferences are changing drastically...

Hmmm... Maybe I should try a solid gold nail next time.

Skin Care Routine

I finally have a skin care routine I enjoy~!

Most people can categorize me with Combination Skin. Normally my skin is very dry but when I put anything on my skin, I get so oily.

Here are the skin care products I've been using lately.

I know.. I know.. that's a WHOLE lot of stuff.. but most are stuff I don't use regularly like my masks and I have a lot of back ups XD.

I only have a regular night routine though. On days I go to the office I just cleanse my face with my Peach Happy Teatime Cleanser and then put my toner then put on make up.

At night, especially on weekdays, I use these three make-up removers (excluding my sunflower oil). Since I have been regularly putting on make up I never skip this first step. I only use my Human Nature sunflower oil when I want to remove my make up when I'm in the office.

Removing my make up is normally the first thing I do as soon as I enter my room. Unless of course I'm in the mood for vanity photo shoots~!

I love my Pure Beauty Perfect Cleansing Liquid, it makes my face feel smooth... After removing my make up, I wash off the oils from the make up removers with my Peach tea happy tea time cleanser.

The lemon tea cleanser and my cetaphil cleansers are my back ups. I haven't opened the lemon one and I use cetaphil when I have allergies.

My Dickinkson's Witch Hazel Toner is my staple at the moment. I love how my skin feels after putting it on.

After my toner, I put on these products:

Intense Repair Live Snail Ampoule - I'm still waiting for noticeable results for this
Tea Tree Oil - I've tried and tested this tea tree oil for my acne and some scars. I just wasn't religiously putting it on.
Erase Tretinoin solution - I also just bought this recently, but when I went to a derma a looooonnng time ago, he recommended this to remove my freckles, it really worked but it was too expensive for me at that time
Vitacreme B12 - It doesn't do anything on my skin T^T (I bought this last October.)
Dr Lash Ampule - I'm only using this until I run out... hmph.

Final step is my moisturizer~! I don't particularly love this moisturizer I just want to finish it up as well. It's a day cream but I use it at night doesn't really matter to me right now... I still haven't found any moisturizer that works for me. I'll probably look for good moisturizers that can do help get rid of my freckles...

I usually slather a generous amount of moisturizer on my face at night. In the morning my face is ~~oily~~ hydrated enough that I can last a day with out my moisturizer. As I've said, when I put anything on my face I get really oily. However, I have my Pocket bunny in case of emergency~!

Here are the stuff I can't use daily~! I only use these products on mornings I work from home and during weekends. I use them after toning my skin. I'm still not sure if I can put on other products on my skin after these products so I'm playing it safe.

My beloved peel off masks and other facial masks~!

The daiso products and the garnier masks are my favorite of the bunch. I've already used up my other masks and this is all that's left from my hoarding phase.

This is my back up cleanser~! I bought this because I can remove my make up while whitening my skin~ =_= that sounded cheesy.

I still don't have an eye cream for wrinkles... any suggestions?

Tony Moly Mini Haul

I went to Tony Moly to buy some random stuff because I was really curious about the brand. The first time I went in the store in Megamall, I didn't buy anything. Most of their packaging were so cute but I wanted to do a little more research about the best sellers.

I ended up buying the Tomatox Magic White Massage Pack, the Pocket Bunny Mist, and the Maxi Power Foot Peeling Liquid. The rest are freebies~! Freebie Love~!

The first time I used the Tomatox Pack... I was tearing up because it stung so bad! However, it did make my skin lighter and the 2nd and 3rd time I used the pack didn't hurt as much.

I still haven't used the rest of my haul. I'm keeping my mist in my bag in case of my allergies. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. Most people around my office are rude smokers, the smoke by the doorways so there's no escape... I used Evian mist before but it's expensive!

I'm keeping the Foot Peeling liquid as back up.. I'll use it when I'm either super stressed or demoralized by work... It'll give me something to look forward to ^_^ 14 days of horrendous peeling towards pretty feet.. and I would rather not post any pictures of it... my foot appeal experience was already too much...

Fear of wrinkles and freckles

I feel like I'm getting wrinkles around my eyes and I'm getting really paranoid about it. I still have a lot of insecurities about my skin. Not my skin color though...

I want to have clearer skin. The whole time that I've kept my blog I've always mentioned my desire to have clearer skin. I have been hoarding a lot of make up products and skin care products for the past few years and still I can't get rid of my freckles and I have dry skin.

I started my blog December 2009 and several posts later, my blog started to become a journal for self development. I've blogged about my new hobbies, my little goals, my health... *sigh* I only noticed 'til today that my posts have revolved around my new year's resolutions.

Which includes... clearer skin. I've had this wish since 2009.. I've never been so desperate about it though.. until this year. I really hope by the end of 2012 my freckles are gone.. That's 12 months to work for clearer skin.

I feel slightly ashamed that I'm getting vain, but it's something I really want.

In line with wrinkles and freckles, I passed by Tony Moly and checked out some eye creams for wrinkles.. Since they ran out I looked for something that was whitening and fights aging. The sales attendant recommended their Live Snail line and gave me the most potent product in their line which was the Intense Repair Live Snail Ampoule.

It drained the life out of my wallet at 2528 Php (58 USD)... but the sales lady said one vial can last 1 - 2 weeks... so it can probably last maximum of 4 months...

I had to email Tony Moly for the instructions on how to use the Pack that was included. I didn't want to take a risk on my skin. There was a pamphlet included in the box with instructions on how to use the vials but not the pack...

Here are the instructions the Tony Moly rep sent me:

Ampoule - After the essential preparation, apply about 1ml and allow it to be absorbed into the skin or mix it with cream, use before mask to enhance its absorption.
Snail pack – After washing, apply to entire face avoid eye and mouth area, leave for 15~20 minutes and rinse out.

Sliiiimmmeee~

I've only used it once, and true to what the sales lady told me, I only needed a few drops to cover my face in the essence

The Snail Pack didn't really do much for me when I tried it on. Supposedly it's for Skin Regeneration and Intense Hydration (according to another Tony Moly rep.).

I'm still keeping my hopes up... I want to be able to finish a lot of products before spending on new stuff..

Majolica Majorca's Puff de Cheek~

I actually bought these two last year, but I haven't been putting on the blush regularly since I still suck at putting on blush. When the MMJ attendant put the blush on my cheeks my friend and I were surprised on how pretty it looked on me.. but when I do it on myself.. meh... huhuhu

Super Cute earrings @?!

I bought some earrings during my lunch break at Terranova 2 weeks ago. They were on sale~! I really didn't want to buy anything but 4 pairs of super cute earrings at 145 Php, why not! It was such a deal...

I got all these for 290 Php~! 8 pairs!!!

I'm so happy about my !, @, and ? earrings... I want to wear all but I have super sensitive ears so I have to train my ears for a while..

I tried the earrings on for a bit~!

after a few minutes and several allergies later:

And yes, I have a lot of piercings on my ear.. I still have around 6 piercings, originally.. I had 7.

Gold Nail art and some improvements...

I've been loving yellow and gold for the past few months. I feel like something in me is changing... I used to be someone who couldn't wear anything except dark colors and red. My wardrobe mainly consists of black and gray clothes and a few red or blue items. Until recently, I only had 1 yellow item in my closet which was a gift from my Aunt.

I noticed that I'm more adventurous with colors now, especially yellow and orange. I even bought a mustard cardigan and a REALLY bright yellow tunic and I've been wearing my yellow green smiley shirt a lot, which is the only 'green' item in my closet.

I think my color preference is showing on my nail art as well. I think it started when I saw some metallic gold and silver nail art pens at Watson's. I also wore the gold gradiation nails two weeks ago.

Anyway here's another gold nail art inspired by my Majolica Majorca pouch.

I used my Majolica pouch as the background haha!

I wanted to do the MMJ crown logo on my middle finger but I failed miserably so I just added some rhinestones.

I'm really loving my etude nail polishes. I can wear the polishes for 1 to 2 weeks without my nails turning yellow. I've been using the same polishes since last month hahaha!

It's like I painted my pouch with the etude glitter polish!

I finally had the courage to use these. I bought the small wheel at a random art store near my office for 69 Php and the bigger wheel for 200 php at a nail art kiosk at Robinson's galleria.

I forgot about the pink lining of my MMJ pouch until after my nails dried. I was frustrated about not being able to draw the white MMJ crown but when I saw that the rhinestones I put on was the same color as the lining, I was happy. ^_^

On the other hand, I'm still frustrated about Japanese nail art. I feel most of my work look tacky compared to the Japanese nail art I see on the magazines. I know I shouldn't compare my work to the work of professionals... but I've always said (with regards to art) "As long as I have the right tools, I can do anything"

Am I being to hard on myself?

Crazy about K-Fashion

Recently, I've been lurking about online Korean fashion shops for clothes and some shoes. I normally dress as simple/basic as possible, since I ~~hate~~ dislike being the center of attention. I get uneasy when I know people are watching me.

There's something really different about K-Fashion. their clothes are easier to relate to than Japanese fashion (at least for me). It's really interesting how the Japanese and the Koreans put so much thought in what they wear... No matter how much layers or how loose their clothes are, they still look sexy in the outfits. I wish I can be like that...

Anyway, My sister and I went to Greenhills to shop for cheap clothes (and to check out the Apple Peel for my iTouch). I wasn't able to buy my gadget, however I was able to buy a few items that you wouldn't normally see in my closet.

=_= I apologize for the not so creative shots... I'm not used to taking pictures of my clothes.. and I messed up my white balance..

Dainty Nails and Japanese nail art

I got a little OC (obsessive compulsive) about my gradient nails so I removed them and cut my nails short again.

The Party Queen Gradiation polishes were a nightmare to remove it lasted me more than a week before I got tired/OC about my nails.

Etude announced that they have a Flaunt Your nails contest... I thought it was a nail art contest but contestants are only allowed to use 1 favorite nail polish from Etude, oh well. I lost interest because of that. Here's a link for the contest details if anyone's interested.

I did my nails anyway, despite the short stubby nails. I still used my etude polishes except for my top coat. I've discovered that they don't stain my nails as bad as the local brands. I don't even use a base coat for my etude polishes.

What do Japanese nail art have that's so pretty? =_= They look super simple and clean despite having different designs per nail. Some designs use different colors.. and some nails are super 3D with lots of pearls and rhinestones but they still look so clean...

Package Received: Lycee Eyedrops and Dolly Wink Eyeliner

Last week, when I cried out of frustration, like literally cried because I have an ~~@#$@$~~ of a team lead who has a reading comprehension deficiency and practically FORCED me to follow his orders, just because he's the 'TEAM LEAD". I noticed that my gel liner was not tear/emo proof...

As much as I love my gel liner, for making it easy to apply my newly acquired skill of putting on eyeliner and tight lining... I had to look for an alternative. I heard that the Dolly Wink Eyeliner is the "Holy Grail" eyeliner for some of the bloggers I follow so I looked around and bought myself the black pencil eyeliner and the Rohto Lycee Eye drops for Contacts from Geisha's Secret.

The delivery was quick. I got my package 48 hours after I paid. I paid on a Sunday and got my package Tuesday morning. The seller was a no nonsense type of seller as well.

Anyway, time to unpack my treats~!

I bought 2 pink Items~! *pop*

The Dolly Wink packaging was like an easy puzzle so I opened it up first. *pop*

I don't think I'll use the DW eyeliner yet.. I still have half of my MMJ eyeliner. It's just super difficult to tight line with it so I'll stick with my gel liner first and put on my Ice Queen front until I run out.

As for the Rohto Lycee eye drops, it's so addicting I'm scared of using it too often. I tried the eye drops with my lenses on and it really did make my eyes feel better with contacts. I was even able to watch an episode of some series I'm watching. Unfortunately I had migraines so I had to take my contacts off.

I also read that I can use my Rohto drops on my bare eyes. I've tried it and it felt a WHOLE lot minty-er than when I had my contacts on... Couldn't even open my eyes for a few seconds... Not because it hurt, just because it was minty.

I went to an optical shop to get my eyes check (for free). The attendant said that I only have dry eyes and super mild astigmatism. "Plano, 0.25, Axis 180" < Yeah.. what she said (Hahahaha). I didn't need contacts or glasses but I'm still frustrated about my geo lenses.. I wish there's an easy way to get rid of my dry eyes.. I hate putting eye drops every now and then.. Can't I do water therapy instead? T^T

Last but DEFINITELY not the least~! BUBBLE WRAAAAPPP~! Atttaaccckkk!!

Etude Nail Polish Haul~!

Ok... The last time I wandered off to Megamall without a purpose I saw that they had new Nail polishes. =_= I bought all the new boxes of nail polishes except for 1 that was on display.

I bought the following:
Party Queen Gradation Nails #03 (348 Php or 8 USD)
Wanna Be Style Nails #1 (348 Php or 8 USD)
Wanna Be Style Nails #2 (348 Php or 8 USD)

The Silver Party girl Gradation kit was available but I thought it would look a little too boring... I only found out that there's also a pink version of the party girl kit... I want it!

Here are the nail polishes out of the boxes.

These two are my initial favorites, I first swatched the hot pink polish on my nails and I fell in love with the color. I never thought that hot pink would look good on me.

The kit also had stickers in the box :)

The next two boxes are impulse buys... I loved the gray polish but I'm a slightly hesitant about the light pink.

I didn't notice until I was taking pictures, the stickers had the same design but the other one was lighter :)

Here are the Party Girl Nail polishes. I couldn't imagine how the gradation would work by just looking at the bottles.

I was disappointed that I bought a duplicate of a nail polish I bought last year...

My current nail polish~! The glitters at the ends felt a little weird and kept on snagging on my clothes so I applied a lot of top coat so that they get a little smoother. I hope my nails wont discolor. I've been wearing my polish for almost a week now.

This is the most distracting snack ever... can't stop munching on cookies~!

Forgotten Etude Haul

I bought these last year. I was almost running out of my Happy Teatime cleanser (which I love to death) so I went over to etude to buy another tube. The peach one wasn't available so I bought the Lemon Tea cleanser. I also bought some of the products on my wish list like the Magic Bubble Peeling Mousse, the goodbye pore ever primer and the nail polish remover.

The wonder pore toner is a freebie~

I'm really disappointed about the Magic Bubble Peeling Mousse. I saw something similar at watsons for 1,500 Php (35 USD), and I thought I'd get the Etude version instead because it was cheaper. Supposedly, the product is for exfoliating, you put a certain amount on your skin, rub your skin a bit and you'll rub off bits of your dead skin... When I dispense some product, there's always some residue left on the nozzle... when you leave the bottle for a while, the left over mousse evaporates upward and gets stuck on the cap. When I tried to clean the bottle cap, the same bits, that was supposed to be the dead skin, came off the plastic bottle cap.. :( (I think I should put a separate entry for this?).

Anyway, I bought the nail polish remover because my current nail polish remover is so drying that my the skin near my cuticles started to peel off. It was so painful I couldn't was my hands without cringing. So I donated my huge bottle of Nail polish remover to my sister and bought the etude one~

I've read some good reviews about the goodbye pore ever primer. I got curious and bought one~! I love using it all over my face even though it's for the nose and cheek area... I wear it underneath my MMJ Skin Lingerie Pore cover, overkill huh? Well it works for my dry/combination skin. I can survive the whole day without blotting ^_^

Other stuff I bought on the day I bought my Happy Tea time cleanser. An Ellana kabuki brush and 1 gram of the Loose Mineral Finishing Powder in Espresso Con Panna.

I bought the loose powder because I don't have any powder.. well I have my Mineral powder foundation from Maybelline but I think its different, right? (Hehehe I'm honestly not sure). The sales lady from Ellana was also kind enough to tell me how to check if I had a warm or cool undertone ^_^ I'm warm~ haha

I don't use the powder that often though, my face looked a little pink when I tried using it... Does mineral powder oxidize? Anyway, it didn't look right.. but I'm still gonna try to make it work.

=_= On a different month, I went on a quest to buy the hair color from etude but I backed out because I wasn't brave enough~ So I ended up with my Peach Cleanser (YAY!!), the Silk Scarf shampoo and conditioner (which works like magic on my hair), and some nail polish sets.

The moistful set is another freebie~! LOVE~!

EDIT: I don't want to be a girl who CAN'T go out of the house without make up on. >_< Waa.

Does it mean my self esteem is lower? Is my confidence dependent on make up?

DR. Lash Update - Last

Since the Lash Treatment didn't work on my lashes, this will be my last update on Etude's Dr. Lash Ampule Long and Volume. "It didn't work"

After a number of weeks (I lost count)

I tried to edit the brightness, contrast and stuff of the picture to see the ends.. but.. my lashes are exactly the same length and volume since I started using.

I don't think I'll buy another tube of the lash treatment.. but I still have 'some' hope my lashes will grow thicker. (I'm still using the my Dr. Lash Ampule until it runs out).

I think I'm getting better at taking sunset photos using my Satio (Camera Phone)... I wish I could bring my DSLR all the time to capture the great view out my office.

Everyday there's a great picture out our office windows... If it weren't too much of an effort to bring my camera everyday, I would.

Anyway here are some pictures I took while walking around with my officemate Lieo.

I can't help but feel proud of myself for getting great shots immediately. I really have Keanne to thank for giving me a lot of tips.

=_= Even though I'm 11 days late... Happy New Year! Hihihi! I've a big backlog of posts, I'm a bit lazy to organize all my photos but I'll edit them.. eventually.. Muwahahaha

Since I'm lazy... I'll settle for some of my instagram photos of something personal, My room.. ^__^

This is my favorite spot in my room (aside from my bed):

I like hanging my favorite accessories on my wall even though I hardly use any bracelet or earring or necklace.. I just love looking at them ^_^

I actually ashamed of my room... everything except my accessory spot is filled with clutter.. I want to change my furniture but I need to save up for it.

My new year's resolutions for 2012 is practically the same as last year but a little more focused. However, my priority is cleaning up my room. I want to replace my computer table, my desk, my shelf and my TV stand. I want a vanity instead of a study table! I want more storage~! I'm a terrible hoarder so I need storage!

I want those tall metal shelves I saw at our local hardware stores. I think the tallest one was around 4,000 Php (Approx 93 USD), and the shorter ones were half the price.

I kinda want my shelves to look like this but... I can't and I won't part with my books T^T maybe my text books but the rest are sacred to me..

I finally finished my SAI drawing today... I really hate the hair.. I don't understand why I can't draw a good hairstyle on her... but I got the technique of drawing the hair.. At least...

Experimental: Trying out my brown geo lenses

Since one of my green contacts hurt when I put them on, I tried on my brown ones. It feels much better than my green geo lenses. My eyes are still dry but they're much more comfortable than the green ones.

Also, I experimented using my MMJ liquid liner. I think I'm also getting better at applying liquid liners.. Yay for starting to look presentable!!! I was successful at doing... erm putting... erm... =_= (whatever) applying a winged eyeliner look... =_= I have no idea how to say it.. lol!

It's really interesting how a pair of 14mm contacts (and eyeliner) can make my face look different, in a pleasant way. I hope my self esteem wont depend on geo lenses. Actually, I don't need them, they're just some experimental stuff I bought online. Although, I have to admit... they're fun to wear, especially during my ~~camwhoring~~ vanity sessions.

The lenses aren't as noticeable in person, they're much more obvious on pictures (So they're probably good for photo sessions only). An officemate told me that he didn't notice anything different when I wore my green ones in the office. I guess I'd get the same reaction for my brown ones... I'll give them a test run soon.

I couldn't get the same look I got when I was wearing my green geo lenses. I loved that picture...

I still don't know what I wanted to get out of buying and experimenting with geo lenses. I'll chalk it up to curiosity and vanity as well.

My mind's starting to shut down... time to sleep.. I should've finished working on my clay projects instead of indulging my vanity...

Random Thoughts

I would've been hyper today I wasn't nursing a 6 day migraine... Anyway my brain's super active on my way to work...

Artsy Fartsy:
I started my day by putting some acrylic primer on my minis. Using polymer clay is easier than working with air dry clay... I really suck at painting and mixing colors. I just hate baking my polymer clay and it's expensive! I'll try to prime my butterfly wings before painting them. I tried using India ink on air dry clay and the ink seeped through the wings. I hope the primer I bought would help.

Speaking of prices, build city at Shang has polymer clay.

Age:
It so funny that I was mistaken (TWICE) for a "teenager" or "student" last week. GWAHAHAHA~! First, was the cab driver when I was on my way to go jogging with a friend. Second, was the ophthalmologist I went to last Saturday. Both were lecturing me about doing stuff teenagers shouldn't do.. like ride a cab alone at night, or being experimental with colored contacts from Korea. Hahaha! They were both surprised when I told them my age. The doctor was really nice, I didn't really have a consultation but he gave me tips about my contacts since he thought I was a teenager who didn't know what she was doing. Hahahaha

Piolo:
I bought a car... I can't drive it yet but I'm practicing. My dad wanted to buy me a car a long ago (like 2007), several disappointments later I finally agreed.

I named the car Piolo since when I asked my dad and some guy friends they would say "it's a girl" and when I asked my sister and my college friend they said "It's a boy." I guess Filipinos would immediately understand why I named my car Piolo. Piolo is a TV personality here in the Philippines who's sexual preference is quite a controversy.

I love how my sister thinks... She's the most practical person I know. She chose the blackest black tint for my car because she didn't want anyone to see that a girl was driving the car...

Product Rant: Ever Bilena Make up Remover

I bought this make up remover since I was running out of my Maybelline Eye and Lip Make-up remover.. Unfortunately, it stings my eyes so much and it doesn't really remove my Majolica Majorca mascara =_= I guess I'm not "hiyang" with Ever Bilena products. I tried their lip stain on the back of my hand and I got rashes.

Anyway, I would probably try to recycle this, it doesn't give me any rashes so I think I can "try" to use this on my face? maybe... or I need to research if I can use it to clean my brushes... but need to research before doing it. I think using it on my brushes is the safest alternative =_=

Circle Lenses: I just couldn't wait

=_= I tried putting the lenses on as soon as I got out of the shower~! Hahahaha I don't think there's anything fantastic about how it looks on me though... This is the Nudy Green Geo Lens. Maybe it'll look better if I had some make up on? I'm still hesitant about putting on make up with the contacts on...

GEO Lens adventure

I just wanted to share my first 3 attempts at putting on circle lenses.

My first attempt was PAINFUL! I don't know what I did wrong but it felt like something was scraping at my lids!! It was so painful I couldn't even open my eyes. However, my eyes weren't irritated afterwards and my eyes didn't go red.

My second attempt was kinda funny, I was able to put in the circle lens at my second try! It didn't hurt the first 5 seconds or so since I was able to look at the difference between my left and right eye and say "Wooow" then stand up then look behind before it started to hurt! HAHAHAHA!!

For my third attempt, I was actually successful at putting it on. Achievement~! Woohoo~!!! I put some lubricating eye drops before putting on my contacts.. I can only do my left eye but I'll work on my right eye next! One step at a time!

I was able to take 3 pictures of my alien like eyes hahaha.. 3 shots.. obviously I was already comfortable to move around, send some text messages to some people about the contacts, send another IM to another friend HAHAHA Yes I'm excited since my useless purchase is no longer useless!

Products I've finished up

Here are some products I've finished up... I rarely finish up stuff, I'm proud to post this entry~ Hahahaha!

I did finish up some other products like hair treatments, anti perspirants and some other stuff.

I'm only posting the important stuff I was able to use up like my Daiso Charcoal mask, my Asian Secrets Lulur scrub, my Witch hazel toner and my make up remover.

My Make up remover is actually the highlight of this post. ^_^ I really can't believe I used it all up. Well I've been putting on make up a lot more. The Witch Hazel toner is also something surprising for me, since I've realized I've formed a good skin care habit ^_^ The bottle of toner here is actually my second bottle ^_^

I posted a picture of this lip and cheek tint from TBS, I don't use it that much but for someone who never finishes any lip product, this is a great improvement, right?

Another first: Geo Lenses

I do not know what has gotten into me.. I recently purchased 2 pairs of Geo Lenses from aigooshoppe.multiply.com. I read about this shop from syry-online.blogspot.com. (I totally understand why she recommended this seller.) ^_^

I have never tried wearing contact lenses before since I have 20/20 vision and being a late bloomer I was never in with the current fads during high school (My classmates in HS wore flashy colored contact lenses like purple and blue). I still couldn't explain why I decided to purchase Geo Lenses just now... Oh wait, I think it's their promo.

I haven't tried them on yet. Ms. Val, the seller, told me to soak my lenses for 6 hours before trying them on. So at the moment, I'm still waiting. ^__^

Although, I took pictures while opening the vials of my lenses.. I was so excited! I was actually expecting the package to arrive tomorrow (Monday), but to my surprise I got it while I was eating lunch today! (Happy~!)

Make Up Collection

I just wanted to post my ~~clutter~~ collection for fun. I thought I had a whole lot but compared to other people I'd say I only have the essentials and a few others hahaha!

Eye products:

I didn't realize I had a lot of eyeliners including my gel liner. The two liners on top have never been used... I don't really know why I bought them, I'll probably use them when my MMJ liner runs out. I only have 1 mascara. I've tried other mascaras but my MMJ mascara is my fave. I also have brown eyebrow pencil that I only use for the sharpener... I don't use it since I don't know how.

Lip products:

I have so many lip glosses! I've never used the palettes since I'm intimidated by the colors, eventually I'll try them on. I also have a ton of lip balms.

Face products:

Yaaay Shiseidooo~! I obviously don't have much... I only have 1 mineral foundation, 2 bottles of the Shiseido liquid foundation, a concealer that's too pink for my skin, a tinted moisturizer that I don't remember why I stopped using and 2 blushes.

Though, compared to other people my "collection" is nothing but I'm still overwhelmed. I think I'll try (my very best) to stop my make up purchases. Skin care products are a different story though... =_=

At the moment, I'm only searching for a good everyday shade of lipstick... since, I'm happy with my eye products and my face products. I actually forgot about my Shiseido matte lipstick... I guess I'm good! All that's left is learning how to use the products I hardly touched!

Shopping like crazy: Majolica and Shiseido Haul

For the past few weeks I've been shopping/spending like crazy.. I guess I just have too much free time (and freedom)... I feel like I deprived myself for 3 years and I've been releasing all the things I let go... opportunity costs...

I went to an outlet sale today! The one posted by many bloggers, apparently they didn't really advertise for certain reasons that I have no liberty of saying on my blog. I spent a little below 2500 php for 11 items from Shiseido and Majolica Majorca/ Oh wait, they're the same company, HAHAHA... *cough cough* ~~Lemming~~ *cough cough*

The lipglosses aren't mine, I'll probably give them to my darling nieces.

The stocks were old stocks but goodness I bought most of then for just a fraction of the original price. I was able to buy a Shiseido Foundation (15 ML) for just 200 php and MMJ's Rough Majex for only 195 php.

The Shiseido Foundation is such a steal for 200 php... When I opened up the 15ml bottle the foundation is super viscous... erm thick... I haven't read any reviews about it but I'm still excited about it, I hope it doesn't disappoint me.

My shiseido lipstick doesn't have a cover =_= but what the heck it was only 250 bucks. I bought BR323, it's exactly the same color as my lips.. (Yes, I have dark lips). It's a "glowing" matte lipstick, according to the packaging.

Uh oh... I realized something about the Shiseido products I just bought... They samples! The foundations have "Sample not for sale" behind the stickers... and the lipstick i just bought has a "Tester - Demonstration" label on them..

Oh well, they're cheap. HAHAHA

I was so happy shopping but I was trying oh so hard not to spaz-out~! At the moment, I'm still trying hard not to try open up and try all the product I bought.

Getting By and Getting There

Last night, I had an epiphany, so to speak. While talking to a good friend (Hi Kem, I know you're embarrassed about reading my oh-so-girly-blog), I realized that my image of myself changed.

I like how I look. I know it sounds conceited, but it's a drastic improvement from when I was still in a relationship. I loved him more than I loved myself, to the point of compromising on my own birthday just for him to do what he wanted.

I don't know what exactly changed me, fruits of my labor maybe? Though, I can't say I'm 100% recovered from the break up but I'm getting there. I do (and I won't deny) find myself somewhat nostalgic at times and I know it's wrong to repress my emotions, but that's how I cope. I'm only protecting myself, hoping that I'd be desensitized soon.

However, don't get me wrong, I'm definitely happy. I have good friends and I very well know who they are.

Saizen Haul: Part 2!

I made another trip to Saizen today! Dunno what triggered my wanderlust for the past few weeks... but this morning was quite a busy morning for me.

First, I had another haircut at my all time favorite salon, Tony and Jackey (Makati). I forgot my last stylist so I was assigned a new one, Candy... I love her as much as Ms. Hani! She FINALLY let me have the style I've always tried to get (Although I can't be sure if it looks exactly like it because they curled my hair after).

After my hair cut, I went straight to Robinson's Galleria, Ortigas. I would've said "I went straight to Saizen at Robinson's Galleria, Oritigas" but I was sidetracked by THIS:

I passed by a nail art supply kiosk on my way to saizen I bought a blue and red Two-way nail pen and brush (120 php or 2 USD a piece), some rhinestones (200 php, approx $4), a dotting tool set (400 php approx $8) and my first ever matte polish (120 php)! The SA told me the pens were refillable, so I didn't mind buying them despite the price. As for the dotting tool set, it was really expensive but if I didn't buy it, it would bother me for another month or so.

I think the kiosk was a little over priced... I won't mention the name of the shop since I'm semi-ranting about the price but if anyone's interested the kiosk is located near the Chapel entrance.

Here's the saizen haul~! I've divided my haul according to my interests hahahaha

Haul part 1 (beauty items):

Well, actually the whole purpose of me going to Saizen was to repurchase another tube of the Charcoal mask but I ended up weaving through every single aisle... I was able to buy the charcoal mask and a few other stuff... Since I bought some eyeshadow and I suck at using my brushes I bought some eyeshadow sponge applicators. The comb and the face washing brush is a replacement for the ones I bought from my last haul the only other new items are the razors, hair band, and a big black mirror which resembles the etude hand mirror I liked, only cheaper... I bought the mirror since I broke all my mirror stands just this month (Yes, I hate myself for being clumsy).

Haul part 2: (Craft items)

Ok.. Ok.. I hoarded oyumaru...I saw something that looked like oyumaru but was opaque... the back of the packaging says you also put it in hot water then mold it like oyumaru.. I didn't read the top flap first, I only realized they weren't oyumaru when I was taking a picture. Apparently, they're clay erasers... "Nendo Keshigomu" - from the top flap of the package (thank goodness for my kanji dictionary app). I think I can bake my polymer clay in these!

Aside from the molds, I bought a puncher for some doilies, a cookie cutter for some dishes and some mini punchers that are originally for making bento, but i think they're small enough for some miniatures.

Gosh, I'm overwhelmed... I don't know if I should try out my craft stuff first especially the cutters or my nail art materials! I think I'll go artsy fartsy since my fingers are a mess since my last manicure.. (my cuticles have been peeling like crazy.. ouch).

Ok.. I couldn't help myself. I put on 1 coat of Matte Polish and I think I'm in love... not with the color but by the convenience... I dries almost instantly!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!

Preparing for Christmas

For the past few weeks I've been doing a lot of preparations for what to give my friends this Christmas. I have only done experiments using ADC but I decided to use ADC instead of polymer clay for this year. I'm just too lazy to bake.

Can you guess what these are? I won't tell~

I've successfully mass produced some bases for my "gifts" I had fun taking them out of my DIY molds.

Compared to polymer clay, I had a majorly difficult time mixing paints to get the colors I needed. Mixing colors seems to be my weakness =_=

I think the next problem I'd be facing would be painting some details on the bases I've made =_=

Emo Nail art

I went to a salon near my place to get my nails done. I've been eyeing the salon for quite some time because of they do nail art for 199 php.

I wanted Alice in Wonderland nails but the nail artist couldn't get what I was saying so I said "Parang baraha" (a deck of cards). The nail artist still couldn't understand... I even described the suites (Diamond, Club, Spade, Heart)... but to no avail... I just said just put hearts and diamonds on my nails and leave the middle finger blank with only one rhinestone on it.... (I still had to stop the nail artist.).

Here's what I settled for... a gothic, emo, uneven bubbly nail art covered with glitter polish to hide the bubbles... =_=

It still looks nice, though...

It was so frustrating that there was a time that I was the one holding the nail polish and putting it on my nails. Also, my first nail artist gave up on the design I wanted and asked another nail artist to take over.

I had my hands and feet done... and both polishes were bubbly... But I have to say, the polish lasted from last Saturday to Wednesday (until I got tired of it).

I'm still thinking whether I should attempt a better version of my Alice in Wonderland emo nails...

DFA experience: Rude Guards and the Dress Code

Last Friday, I had a misadventure while renewing my passport. I had an appointment at 9 am and according to the website I had to be there by 8:30 am. I went earlier just in case...

As soon as I got there, the guards at front didn't let me in because I was wearing flip flops. Which was absolutely frustrating because there was no mention of a dress code on their website or any of their reminders while setting the appointment online. What made things worse were the security guards who were RUDE! The guards would arrogantly answer you looking at a different direction.

I would've complied with the dress code if it was mentioned on their website. Unfortunately for the guards, I saw a lot of people wearing flip flops inside..

Oh look! Transparent Rubber Straps!

I tried to do an in-url search for "dress code" or "attire" and some other words in their website but I couldn't find anything. BOO DFA!

I had to walk from DFA to Baclaran just to buy shoes.

Which was a deal for only 150 pesos.

Daiso Haul and Xmas Gifts

I bought some stuff from Daiso in preparation for my Christmas Gift Project!

I ended up buying 2 pink contaniers, a set of individual containers with lids, a bunch of batteries, a 6 pc file set, a mini fan with spray and an accessorry stand... I think I'll give the accessory stand away to my sister or one of my nieces.

I bought a whole bunch of organizers. =_=

I still have no idea what to do about my Christmas Presents.. maybe mini pastries? =_=

Department Store Haul

Anyway, I made a trip to SM Megamall this afternoon to kill some time and cure my moodiness and boredom. On my way home, I noticed that they had a little cosmetic event... so I made a beeline to Majolica Majorca to check out some eye shadows. I didn't see any matte eye shadows and I wasn't ready to be sparkly and glittery. Fortunately, the SA for cover girl was SUPER nice enough to sell me an alternative and I ended up buying Cover Girl's Ice Princess Eye Shadow Palette(approx 10 usd), the ELF eyelid primer (129.75 PHP) and a blending eye brush from ELF (129.75 PHP, approx 2.99 USD).

The packaging isn't perfect but.. who cares anyway?

I don't think purple's my color... =_= but I'll look for ways to make it work~!

I got a lippie (Cinnamon) and a blush (2702 Glow) for free..

FREEBIES

Apparently, when your purchases are 500 php above you get a free make over and a "Glam" shot. Since I was on my way home I said, "What the heck."

The make-over was fun since the SA from Cover Girl was looking at me as if I was her master piece while she was putting on my eye shadow. I really appreciated that and when other SA's from other brands saw me they decided to join in and put on other stuff on my face but I mostly from Majolica Majorca, ELF and Cover Girl. I was impressed by the SA from ELF since she easily put on eyeliner on my lower water line with out me tearing up.

I didn't let them put on too much make up but here's the finished product~! It kinda made me feel a little self-conscious but no one really looked so I was good.

I also saw the photographer stealing some shots while the 3 SA's were putting on my make up.. I hope to get a soft copy of the glam shot and the other shots as well (I wonder if they would post it).

Re-ment in the Philippines

I recently discovered that Re-ment was available in the Philippines and was available in a mall near my home! I was so excited about it I ended up buying some stuff.

The only thing I disliked is that they only have limited items... I wanted a dining set but they only had a dining set with Lilo and Stitch prints splattered all over. I wish they had the simple items. All the items had a character splattered on it... I would've bought the Alice in wonderland items but I couldn't afford at that time so I chose the Mickey Showcase. It's simple enough for me. I would've bought the Rilakkuma Dining set but they didn't have it...

I also bought some individual items~

I wish they sell more... it was frustrating to see all those characters on the items... but when you go to Re-ment's website most of the products are like that... *sigh*

Sorry for being boring, I just took a lot of experiments with my cam lately. Here's my third attempt using a reverse ring. This time I did it at night. My light source was a desk lamp with a 40 watt bulb and a mirror.

I used a syringe for this.

I'm not really satisfied with this yet... I wanna get closer shots.

I think/feel like I'm getting better at macro photography, I desperately need a tripod though... However, I think I need to practice on other areas like landscapes, portraits... =_=... I also tried doing the water drop thing but I wasn't successful.

This isn't my first time using the reverse ring, I tried once during summer but I didn't get to explore too much. This is my second time experimenting with the ring. Unfortunately, the sun didn't really cooperate so I only have a few good shots.

Angry birds Nail art

I recently discovered an amazing nail artist on youtube (cutepolish). I want to try almost all her designs. However today, I was possessed by some spirit and decided to try the angry birds nail art =_= I don't even play the game.

Here's the tutorial:

I was seriously giggling and everything while doing this. It was really fun.I would've done the piggies but I don't have green polish... but I can probably mix some acrylics.. (I should've thought of that first).

It's absolutely easy to do! I was able to do one nail with out messing up.. but before I took a picture... I nicked a part of the design.. T^T and the other angry bird I did on my left hand (I'm a lefty by the way), had streaks T_T I need a good top coat or at least I need to master how to put on a top coat on nail art without streaking...

This week was devoted to sports~! I did wall climbing this Monday and Ultimate frisbee Wednesday night!

Wall climbing, I used to love wall climbing when I was in college. However, when Orson died I was afraid to go wall climbing again. Even though his death was not related to climbing, I just couldn't... He used to be a good friend and the varsity team captain for our university...

For my first climb, I started to panic halfway to the top... everything in me started to shake. My friend was wondering what happened to the oh-so-fearless-Ekai who would go scuba diving (with sharks.. and I have a certificate to prove it!) or surfing even if she didn't know how to swim. I was determined to overcome it but I only got to 2/3 of the wall. I tried 3 times... my arms were already shaking and I didn't want to push myself too much. So I gave up.. (For this week). I'll dedicate my first successful climb to Orson.

I think that was the main reason for my MAJOR mood swing afterwards... I knew I can do it but I just couldn't. And the lack of sleep...

Ultimate Frisbee... I still compare it to shuriken throwing ninja training and I still suck at it. I'm not really sure if I enjoy playing though. I feel like I'm forcing myself to like it for the sake of a distraction.

Oh no.. my post turned into a ranty post... I was all hyped up and excited when I got home...

Changing mood to a more positive one~

Despite saying that I feel like I'm forcing myself to like ultimate frisbee, I did enjoy the warm up! My friend made me run around 1/4 of the track! I discovered that I get really tired when I run slow and that I can endure running if I run faster!

Running made me feel good! I guess that was the best part of the whole night. At least I know I can run and I won't be a burden to other runners.

I hope I can keep this up! I'm one step closer to a better Ekai!

Artsy Fartsy: More molds

Nothing went as planned today... I'm absolutely frustrated because my internet's super slow, I wanted to watch another episode of Ao no Exorcist but my net was crawling. I decided to prepare for my X-mas gifts this year but I ended up doing a few Sukerukun molds.

Ok, Ok... I made more than a few. I was bored and getting really impatient so I had to distract myself. I made 6 trips to the microwave for these molds!!! Grrrr...

I recycled some old earrings (which I can't use because of my sensitive ears), I thought I'd make molds from some earrings that looked like biscuits... I don't know why I included the ribbon though...

I took off the fake pearl on my other earring (I could attach it back anyway). Biscuit with whipped cream and a cherry on top, perhaps?

I think it's obvious what this would be, right?

I also made a button replica of my first ever "Mustard" (or anything yellowish) piece of clothing. I bought a knit cardigan from Forever 21 last week, and when I wore it... I lost a button! I made a replica of the front of the button... I still need to figure out a way to make the back loopy part of the button =_=

I filled the molds with ADC... I can't wait till morning to check these! I'm not sure about the bowls though.

Ever since I graduated, I started hating sports. I became sedentary and lazy to an extreme. I used to go Wall climbing and play tennis...

During high school and college, the varsity players were inviting me to join the club for tennis... but I think the only invited me because there aren't many tennis players here. A friend told me that if they were inviting me, I must be good at it.. I can't really say I was good though because I never competed.

Anyway, yesterday night I joined my friends' training for their favorite sport: Ultimate Frisbee. It was frustrating because the sport required more wrist action similar to badminton. However, I had fun... I pretended to be a ninja practicing shuriken throws. HAHA

My friends and I watched the BEP concert last night. Though I only have one song of theirs in my ipod, I know them and I don't really hate the music~

I was so excited about the concert I couldn't concentrate at work. I wanted to take some snapshots of the concert grounds but I couldn't get any good shots because I was only using my Satio.

Yes.. I bought my favorite purederm products again~! Even though I still have a collagen mask I bought a pearl essence mask... I wanted to try something new. They kind of saved me from having ugly puffy haggard eyes during "the-thing-that-shall-not-be-mentioned" (Don't worry, I think I'm back to my normal self.. only a little darker).

I did splurge on the vitacreme... but... errm.. well..

Currently, or maybe for a month or so, I have been looking to start a skin care routine, since for years, my routine has always been just a good facial wash. Dr Lash Update: Day 4

I decided not to do daily updates because... I don't think I'd see changes on a daily basis. Secondly, it's too much of a fuss to take pictures of my lashes every day for a month. But... Since I woke up on the right side of the bed today, I took some pictures to see if there are changes...

I was able to take pictures with better lighting, too...

I took a picture of the wrong eye!!!! =_= but since there isn't much of a difference.. I can use this day 4 picture for reference..

I also measured my lashes right for my day 4 photos... but still no difference in volume and length. In my Day 1 photos, I didn't stick the measuring thingy to my lashes

Horaaaayyy for hauls!!! My officemates and I had some free time during lunch and we all decided to go malling.. I ended up buying 2 items and got something for free~! Yay freebies!

I bought 1 nail polish for P48 (a little over a dollar) and the Dr. Lash Ampule Long and Volume treatment for P998 (approx $23).

The Dr. Lash Ampule Long and Volume treatment came with a night treatment and an eyelash primer for daytime.

The SA told me that I needed P2 more to get a freebie which was the Dress Room Sweet Look Body Lotion, I just had to get it, so I picked up this pink glittery nail polish. I tested it on my thumb nail and I wasn't really happy about it... It was clear polish with glitters... But I still think I can make use of it on some nail art.

Ok, fine I recently blogged about posting nothing positive... I just realized that there are some positive things happening to my face at least...

I impulsively bought some make up and skin care products and I'm not sure which product was responsible for the changes I've been seeing.

I think... I just think my face looks clearer. Either my skin really improved or the image of myself got better hehehe. And I have been wearing make up (Primer, foundation, eyeliner and mascara) every day for 3 weeks!

I think my freckles are clearing up and I have less pimples . I'm really not sure what product is responsible for this but I decided to list the stuff I've been using.

1. Etude: Happy Tea Time - Peach Tea. It could be this since the SA told me it was for brightening... my skin didn't really get fairer though.

2. Dickinson's Witch Hazel Toner - I actually think this is the culprit but I can't be sure since I'm using other products. I also think that the toner helped reduce my eyebags... can't be sure about this since I've been sleeping well despite my situation.

3. Majolica Majorca Skin Lingerie Pore Cover, The SPF20 PA++ it could've helped with the freckles. This is one of my favorites this month by the way. It gave me a boost of confidence.

4. My Tea addiction - ever since I started drinking the tea I bought, every day... I stopped drinking coffee and my sleep has been normal and I don't feel bloated because it helps with my digestion.. flush all toxins out!

5. TFS - Migamsu - Brightening Rice Water Cleansing cream.. I bought this a long time ago... =_= It's super messy to use but I bought it for the brightening.. so every time I remove my make up, the product helps brighten my face... I think Well, I can't really say this helps since after I massage it all over my face I wipe it off along with the make up and wash my face afterwards

Oh well, whatever is helping me today I think I'll continue all these products until I find better ones... I think the cleansing cream would be the last product I'd finish up or my Happy Tea time cleanser

I wanna buy more tea and I traded my Bath and Body works vanilla perfume with Madz for her Witch Hazel toner. It's too much of a waste to throw away .

I have nothing "positive" to blog about... My mind is blank and I haven't been able to try new things lately. Nothing really sparks my interest at the moment.

I've been battered with a lot of competitions and mind games from my ex... It's really taking it's toll.It seems like he's has a delusional competition on who will be the first one to move on. I didn't want to compete. However, I have a message for him:

I'll accept your challenge only if you can make me admit defeat on the following:

1. Education
2. Family
3. Experience
4. Work/Money

I know you're young and you and your rebound prospects have the looks, I'll admit defeat in those areas even though I don't need to wear skimpy clothes or show skin to prove my self worth. But you know, looks can only go so far and with age, there is experience, wisdom and a future for myself with or without you. How about you finish school before you try to challenge me to a competition on life and how to live life.

I accepted you despite the age gap and your lack of ambition to finish school. I prepared for the consequences of your youth and treated you as an equal. Despite you staying in your 1st - 2nd year of college for more than 4 years, I said I will wait for you. Even without progress, I waited.

Blog Title: Reflections of a Manic Dreamer

Time to say goodbye to my blog title, Sushi and Sashimi were the terms of endearment my ex and I had before we became an item. Seeing my blog title was like a stab-to-my-heart reminder that things have already ended.

SO!!! I decided to adapt my old multiply blog title "Reflections of a Manic Dreamer" Since my blog doesn't really have a niche like beauty bloggers or tech bloggers, the title still fits me.

Slightly dark, and idealistic.

It was fun reading my old posts... although my last few posts were mostly rants and emo stuff... I was a different person then...

2. I had migraines since 2007... (when I was in night shift)
3. I have been looking for my color changing nail polish since 2007!!! (I was only able to get a hold of 1 this year)
4. A team lead was the one who called me "tweetums" (I used that label as an IGN for an online game)
5. I was brutally honest.
6. My old blog was exhausting to read with all the rants..
7. I wrote better before..
8. I was labeled as a satanic b*tch because of the music I listen to HAHAHAHAHAHA

Due to my depression, I cut my hair, had it straightened, had my eye brows done and bought some random things I wasn't planning to buy until I was able to save up some reserves...

and The Majolica Cream Pencil Liner

I started using the Primer the next day and I have been getting really nice compliments about how "smooth" (makinis) my face looks, I was insecure about how I looked with make up on. I was scared that it might look a little too drastic so I asked my friends, the all said "Makinis" which I'm really happy about.

I thought it was quite pricey at 695 php (approx $16), but it might be because I love using it and I might use it all up soon...

Since I'm new at buying and putting on make up, I really love that Majolica Majorca always have a MFG date sticker, although it's on the packaging, which I will eventually throw out, It's still helpful... I need to research about the shelf life of Primers :)

A pencil liner!!! I can never find a good one... so I kind of settled for this. I'm trusting the brand this time. It was pricey but I wanted to trust the brand. I wasn't disappointed though, the following day, I cried like crazy in the office and it didn't bugde that much.

I bought it for 595 php (approx $13). I also need to add this to the research-expiration-date-list.

The pack says "Olay Body Ultra Moisture with Shea Butter" I forgot how much I bought it for the pack of four. I can't find the receipts... =_= I like Olay soaps than Nivea or Dove. Those two products don't have any effect on my skin but Olay does. (I'd like to emphasize on "MY SKIN").

I thought I should buy some starter brushes but I made a mistake buying this. I should've looked for reviews about this brand. The eyeliner bush is painful to use! It's too scratchy and it feels like I might scratch my eyelids raw! I tried using it with my gel liner and I gave up.. I think I'll try to use it to smudge my eyeliner a bit.

I haven't tried using this, I have an orange Majolica Blush but I have no brush for it so I decided to buy one... but I still have to watch some tutorials on how to buy an angled blush brush. I bought an angled one because of how I usually hold my brushes.. Not sure if it works that way, I was probably over thinking it.

Last but not the least... I got a keychain! It's so cute!! The SA gave it to me even if I was below the promo price they needed, as long as I bought 2 items~!

The SA at Watsons in MOA was really pretty and really nice, she put on make up on me but didn't force me to buy whatever she was putting on me, she was actually teaching me how to put on make up!

Another item I bought recently is Etude's Happy Teatime facial cleanser. I bought it because the SA told me it was a whitening cleanser.

When I used it, the smell was so good and (for the lack of a better word) the viscosity was so thick it was difficult to squeeze the product out of the tube. I hated that I had to put a little more effort in getting the product out but when I gave up on a pea sized amount of cleanser on my palm, the lather was enough for my whole face.

At the moment, I'm not sure which of these two are what's making my face clearer recently but I'm quite happy about them.

Cruise Buffet...

Super late post...

I was supposed to post this on Sept 14, however after recent events in my life I wasn't able to post any interesting entries other than my random emo posts.

My officemates and I were supposed to go on a Cruise Buffet last Sept 14, but the waves were too strong because of the wind and the coast guard didn't allow us to "set sail" so to speak. We could've stayed to eat but most of us got dizzy (especially me) and we wouldn't get the most of our money if we did. Instead, I practiced taking nice photos.

Unfortunately, this is a little too late because the typhoon Pedring came to our country and it could be a while before I get another chance to take a cruise buffet around Manila Bay (and I might be a little too scared to do it).

Acceptance

I knew it... my happiness yesterday, wasn't permanent. Though I got what I needed, the reality I was talking about yesterday, did slap me in the face early this morning.

My heart is breaking. It's so painful I can't breath.

My denial shielded my heart from pain last week. However, this time I have to accept my decision yesterday. The acceptance is what's painful. This morning I woke up with the feeling of regret, wishing that I accepted to go back to him. He asked me back but he said everything would be different, he would be mean to me on purpose. If he didn't want to meet for a month, we wouldn't meet for a month. If he didn't feel like calling me, he wouldn't call. If he tells me to call, I have to call.

Why on earth would I regret turning him down? I still love him.

He knew I would say yes despite all that... but instead I said "Don't tempt me" I could have said "Ok" and acted differently and acted like an assertive girlfriend and demand for quality time when I wanted to like how mean he could be to me... but would I be happy like that?

Nostalgia and Regret are the two main things I'm feeling right now. Is it because I finally let go?

I can't pretend to be strong today... I can't breath... Strength.. please come back. Everything reminds me of him even the little things I see everyday... buses, phones, my ipod, anime, online games, facebook... even the things that aren't really related to him reminds me of him... even men...

Argh!!! I need back up!

Tomorrow

I'm happy today. I wish I will be happy when I wake up tomorrow when reality hits me in the face.

Today, I ambushed my ex at his neighborhood to demand a proper break up. Hehehe he was ignoring me and it was breaking my heart even more than when he said that we should break up. I put on my battle gear (Water Proof eye make up) and asked 2 of his friends to come with me.

Four (4) of his close friends accompanied me to ambush him. I was surprised they supported me no matter what decision I made. I felt loved and appreciated. I'm very thankful for having their support. Actually, all of them supported me somehow. This made me happy as well...

Ambushing him was part of my plan to love my self more. This was for closure, my inner peace. It was worth it. I wanted him back but I need to value and love myself more this time so I decided not to be tempted despite still being very much in love with him.

I was ready for an awful fight, I knew he was annoyed and stressed but I asserted that I didn't deserve to be ignored and get snapped at after all the things we've been through. Although I'm not sure how sincere he was, I think he acknowledged what I was saying when I saw his face change. We didn't end up fighting.

I was honest in saying that I loved him, but I treasured our friendship more than anything at the moment. I assured him that I wanted him in my life but only as a friend. He accepted my friendship and I finally told him that we should finally say our goodbyes.

Even though our relationship ended, it ended with a hug and a smile.

I'm not sure if he was only being polite but this was enough for me. I can't look at another man the way I did with him but give me time... eventually, I can recover... I will recover.

Letting go and the healing process

I need to replace my blog title, it used to be meaningful to me but now I'm in the process of healing from a broken heart. I am hurt without a doubt. I cry every night but it's all normal. And I'm confident that my new and old friends will be here for me.

I don't think I'll regret my almost 3 years with him, I was happy. I loved him but I have to let him go.

If you ask me personally, I won't deny that I'm hurt and a little fragile. but I'm trying hard to look at my situation in a different way and see it as an opportunity.

Sadness can be turned into masterpieces for artists, right! I guess with all the relationship problems I've been through, I learned to be optimistic.

I gave my all from start to finish. I have no regrets.

Letting go

This is the most difficult thing to do, at the moment. I hope I can survive this ordeal... I know my friends would be there to support me no matter what but I am too ashamed to admit any thing or to ask for help.

I am devastated but all I can do now is to accept whatever comes. It will be a really hard journey from now on. I know I'm not alone, I know I can have all the support I need. I just can't ask...

I need to accept this. There's nothing I can do. I am sad. I'm not who I used to be before, someone who can turn off all her emotions in one second. I don't think I can be like that this time around...

I need time... I need good friends... I don't need unnecessary attention from people I don't trust.

To my friends, don't ask me what's making me sad personally. I will cry even if I'm in a public place... I'll try to look normal out side... just don't ask me yet. Don't hug me yet, I might break down and cry. This is something I know I can't deal with please be patient with me.

I'll be putting on a mask for a while... This is something I need to do until I recover... but don't be fooled...

I went to the Manila Cathedral in Intramuros, Manila today to attend a wedding. Intramuros is a beautiful place. I wish I could go there just to take photos... when I'm confident about my photography skills. Although recently, I've been able to get some pretty shots and I recently won a photo contest at work, I got 2nd place. I was a little bit disappointed to discover something about the contest. The guy who won first place on all categories for the contest was the one who organized the contest and he was also the one who wrote the mechanics of the contest. I didn't hear it first hand though...

I got another lucky shot today this afternoon. ^__^ I also decided to add a watermark to it.

Yogi Blue Berry Slim Tea~!

I was finally able to buy tea~! I bought something to curb my cravings~!

I LOVE the packaging! I also played around with my camera... I experimented on the different exposure levels of my camera ^_^ (I only used my Satio here)

I really look forward to drinking this tea in the morning! It smells great but it's a little too bitter for me.

My friend told me over exposing my pictures would probably be good for my macro shots and photos of some products... Under exposing pictures are great for silhouettes! I gotta remember these tips!!! Thanks Keanne~!

My officemates and I, went to Healthy Options last week to check if they had the feverfew supplements I wanted for my migraines. They did have the feverfew supplements but it was way out of my budget >_< I still need to do more research about it...

While we were in the store, I was distracted by the teas they had... I wanted all!!! There were 2 brands that caught my eye, Yogi Tea and The Republic of Tea. Yogi is a lot cheaper than The Republic of Tea. Yogi is selling 16 tea bags for 249 Php (around $5) and The Republic of Tea had 6 tea bags for 275 Php (around $6).

I love the packaging of The Republic of Tea, they had labels like "Get Gorgeous" for clear skin or "Get a Grip" of PMS!

I went through the websites of both brands... I LOVE Yogi Tea's layout! (Is there a blogger rule about posting screen caps? Oh well, I'll just remove it if they ask me to).

Trying out Oyumaru molds

I thought I uploaded some pics of another experiment I tried this month. I couldn't find the pictures I took for my Oyumaru experiment...

Last May, I was able to buy Oyumaru from Saizen for half the price of the online stores here in the Philippines... goodness... some people LOVE to over price their stuff.

I was successful in making molds for my butterfly wings. but my cupcake mold was a disaster.. but I'm happy about it.

Air Dry Clay Strawberry experiment

As soon as I bought my cheap Air Dry Clay I already had a list of things I really wanted to do, and miniature strawberries are one of the, which was of course inspired by Snowfern Clover's video tutorial

I wasn't able to make perfect minature strawberries... most of the ones I made look like mutant strawberries or mangled fruits...

I painted the strawberries with acrylic paint and glossed it with acrylics as well.

Well, I couldn't say this experiment was a complete failure, right? I also made a little box for my little strawberries~!

Somewhere in Time

Today, for the first time in my life, I couldn't stand listening to my mother's favorite song. I remember her listening to the song "Somewhere in Time" a lot before she died. I always wanted to learn to play that song on the piano and I think it was the only reason I kept on playing the piano when I was younger but I never had the courage to open my sheet music and learn it.

When I was still young I couldn't accept her death and kept comparing her to the evil step mother who tried hard to copy my mother's looks (even her hair cut) and actions. I cry when I hear the song.

Today, I got an email from a YouTube subscription I had for a while, from someone who used to be dear to me. We had a fall out because of a petty misunderstanding about a guy she was dating, a guy she thought she loved. I would rather not narrate our conversation here out of respect, my last favor to her. She was playing my mother's song.

I admit I do have a grudge. I honestly speechless, I am unable to describe what I feel for someone who can drop a friendship for a rebound guy.

It's been 2 years now, I've reached out, now I think it's time to let go.

My Miniature obsession

I just wanted to share the reason behind my fascination for miniatures, I've only, until recently, picked up my miniature hobby. It started out with my polymer clay jewelry hobby then it eventually evolved into miniatures.

I went on a clay hiatus a few months ago, this was due to my frustration about dollhouses and miniatures. I as much as I want to try and create my own miniatures, I don't have the tools and materials to make any, other than my polymer clay. I don't remember if I ever mentioned here about my art mantra.

As long as I have the right tools, I can do anything.

When I was younger, maybe 7 or 8, I remember looking at a Victorian doll house catalog. I would sit in my room all day hoping and wishing I could buy every single table and chair and bed and pillow I saw in that catalog.

I think wasn't as interested in the bedroom displays though, I totally LOVED the living room and dining room settings.

*sigh* I wish I kept that catalog.. but I'm a hoarder so I think I did... somewhere.

Artsy Fartsy: Paper clay experiment (IMG Heavy)

I found some tutorials on how to make my own DIY whipped cream out of PVC glue, air dry clay and some water ^_^ Since I bought really cheap air dry clay I tried it as soon as I found some icing tips at the grocery or the mall near my office.

Here are the results of my messy but fun experiment...

I used a plastic tip (I don't know the number of the tip but it was a little to big for my miniatures).

I used a #14 metal tip here... I think this is perfect for my miniatures!

I need a LOT of practice >_< but I think some of the results were presentable, at least

Artsy Fartsy: Cheap Paper clay~

I admit that I'm getting lazy doing my polymer clay miniatures. I'm too lazy to bake them! Which is why I'm considering an alternative to my miniature hobby~ Air Dry Clay! I wanted to practice first and check how I should work with ADC, so I went to our local bookstore and bought the 85 PHP ($2 approx.) ADC.

I got the idea to buy paper clay when I read about the types of ADC and paper clay was one kind of ADC!

I didn't go hardcore on making these since it was just an experiment. It's a lot different working with polymer clay. Much harder... I'm not sure if it's the same for other brands of paper clay but I had to work as fast as I can because the paper clay dries REALLY fast and gets crumbly.

Another thing I hated with this (and I'm still not sure if this applies to other brands), it's absolutely MESSY to the nth level!!! I mixed in a little acrylic paint and kneaded it.. most of the paint stuck to my hands! I had to remove my pretty nail art because of it!

I think I still need to get used to using paper clay before investing on better ADC.

Roots and a new sketchbook

I was never really artistic when I was young. It was only until I watched the Tagalog version of Sailormoon that I started having an interest in drawing (and anime). Sailormoon makes me really nostalgic~ =_=

When I was in high school, I consumed those huge Canson Sketch Pads like crazy (filled with sailormoon drawings) and I would buy the biggest sketch pad I can get. As soon as I reached college I didn't really stop drawing but started drawing other characters, still anime though ^_^

Anyway, I really wanted a moleskin notebook with no lines on it but I almost fainted when I saw the price... Luckily, I came across a really cheap alternative (49 PHP)! It's prettier that the moleskins I wanted and it's recycled too!!! My officemates ended up buying as well~ HAHAHA!

I love love love the design~!

Yay for shiny stuff!

The notebook is just a little bigger than my hand, so it's really convenient to bring along anywhere. ^_^

Art Attack! Handmade Felt Wallet~!

Of all the artsy fartsy things that I think I can do, sewing is one of my frustrations, aside from mixing colors. Anyway~ despite the Frankenstein looking wallet, I am SUPER happy about how it turned out.

As much as I want to give a tutorial, I would just feel stupid writing it... BECAUSE =_= I just cut everything in half and folded everything and stuff hahahaha =_= I think I just lowered my IQ...

I got my felt at saizen and the rest are some recycled art materials from my other art projects from a long long time ago.

My home will probably the only place where you'll see blood related people prioritizing the food of the maids, driver and a freeloader who's after my father's money. I don't eat breakfast, I'm at work at lunch and when I get home they tell me they cooked food that they knew I don't eat. I'm usually out whole day of Saturday and I'm home whole day of Sunday...

After a whole month of not eating, they only realized now that I haven't been eating at home.

Out of 21 meals per week, I can only eat 7 meals at home

and they can't even try to cook the meals I like to eat or meals that I can eat at least.

How can I not be pissed off..

Nail art Blue gradients and a french tip attempt

Last time I went to Watsons to hoard the Sassy colors Nail art polishes, I realized that I haven't done any blue gradient nails. So I picked up a darker blue metallic polish that would go with the lighter blue polish I had at home :)

When I checked the names of my polishes, they both have the same name ^_^

The gradients aren't to obvious. I know, it looks messy. I did my nails in a hurry for my date with my BF. Although since, it was messy I decided to re-do my nails using the nail art polishes I just bought.

I also tried to do a french tip. I don't know why I can't do a french tip using white polish but I can successfully do all nails using the pink Sassy Nail art polish..

I've read a lot of reviews about this and I think most of the posts I've read were pretty accurate. I really like the smell but I have to control how much I put on because the scent can be overwhelming.

I think this is a new version of the product, since from what I remember the first bottle was a solid red bottle and this is a gradient pink bottle~

I love the cap~

The applicator is cute too.. but it's quite difficult to control the amount of perfume to put.

Discovery~! Sassy Nail Polish

For some reason, I was drawn to Watson's the other day. I only intended to look around but unfortunately the nail polish stand was strategically placed in front of the doors that you can't miss it. I really didn't want to buy anything and I didn't really have any cash on me so I was brave enough to go inside Watsons... until the SA told me the that the Sassy Nail Polishes had Nail art brushes.

I'm absolutely excited about this discovery! For just 26 Php (approx $0.60), it's definitely a great discovery! It's cheaper than the Saizen nail art polishes I bought! The polishes are a lot smaller than the regular nail polishes but what the heck, I won't be changing polish every day ^_^

I bought 2 colors a metallic pink and a blue polish. I should have bought the red one!!! Waaaa~! I thought I got one from Saizen *sobs* I want the green one too..

Actually, I've never touched the nail art polishes from saizen =_= I seem to be hoarding colors first... I tried to do some nail art using the polishes I bought BUT... I failed, I felt like I don't have any colors to match the ones I just bought.

Day 9 and 10: Foot Appeal

I decided to stop posting any pictures of my feet starting today. My blog has WAY too many pictures of ugly feet! *sobs* And my feet looks disgusting, too disgusting it seems inappropriate to post pictures in a blog.

Anyway, unlike my soles, the skin on the top part of my feet it taking a longer while to completely peel off. My soles had huge maps of skin peeling off while the top part has smaller pieces.

I think it's safe to say around 70% of my old skin has peeled off (and left random traces of myself on my bedsheets, the car, the office..).

For those who are thinking of trying the foot appeal mask, I'd say soaking your feet in warm water once you see signs of peeling is a MUST! It does help speed up the process and lessens the mess. =_=

I'm excited to see my feet afterwards.

Day 8: Foot Appeal~

Day 6 and 7: Foot appeal update~

I actually forgot to publish this! I intended to post pictures of my peeling feet but I'm too embarrassed about my feet right now!

Day 6:

I admit that I peeled off ~~half~~ more than half of the dead skin on my soles. The dead skin on my soles are almost completely gone. I didn't peel off the skin on top of my feet because it was thinner than the skin on the soles, so I expected it to hurt if I peeled it off. I also didn't touch my toes but when I woke up the peeling started.

Unlike the other bloggers who tried this product, I have HUGE patches of peeling skin (Which I love to death~). I have a really bad and gross habit of peeling sun burnt skin or anything peel-able like peel off masks!

The calluses on my heels definitely improved! I'm really happy about it.

"I wanna peel it off!!! I wanna peel it off~!" Is what I'm chanting in my head whenever I see my soles. The dead skin's gonna ruin my beloved aerosoles so I'm might remove some of the skin that's hanging. *snickers*

Day 7:

The top of my feet started to peel, I soaked my feet in warm water then massaged my feet with the palm of my hands. A lot of the skin on my toes came off. I'm so excited to see how my feet looks like when all the dead skin comes off

As for my calluses, the skin that came off were a whole lot thicker than the other parts of my feet! Some dark spots on my feet lightened as well :)

There was hardly any mess on my sheets this morning but I'm expecting some tomorrow since the thinner skin have started to peel.

I do have pictures but I'm not comfortable posting it on my blog yet... I'll try to select a few decent, not so gross, pictures.

Day 5: Foot appeal update~!

Stop reading if you're about to eat~! HAR HAR HAR (errr.. seriously, I have pictures of my ugly feet.)

I know the instructions in the packaging tells us not to forcefully peel off the dead skin, but out of frustration I kind of scratched out a portion of my heel. My feet is itchy, but it's bearable... (but the frustration isn't)

I guess you can say the peeling has finally started. =_= I looked at my feet a little closer and I've found some peeling in other places ^_^

Foundation Frustration, Transition

I'm still in search of a really good foundation for me. Initially, I liked Majolica Majorca's Pore Cover then I moved to Shu Uemura's Face Architect. I think I only liked Majolica Majorca's pore cover because of the brand... Shu's FA, on the other hand I still love to death but I think I'm not ready to spend on something that I might not use every day.

I need a transition foundation/bb cream/powder (?). Maybe I should just stick with face powder but my skin is dry before applying anything on it and gets oily several hours after if i put anything on it. Mineral stuff maybe?

I was eyeing TFS's Phytogenic Foundation until I found cheaper foundations in TFS. Which is why I have been on the look out for cheaper products that could possible serve as a practice product until I buy Shu's FA.

The foundation's in TFS were interesting since they had other perks like Anti Aging, Moisturizing, Brightening, Pore Minimizing and other stuff. I thought you can only get those from certain BB creams. Price range of the cheaper foundations were around 500 to 700 php (approx $12 - $17).

As much as I want to try the BB creams, I can't. Since I have a darker complexion and there are limited shades for most affordable bb creams I can't find a bb cream that could match my skin tone. Although there's a blending color thingy from TFS for bb creams, I'd end up spending on two products...

Mineral Foundation maybe? I could start with the affordable brands like Maybelline... But how do you wear it? do you put something under or do you put more powder on top of the powder foundation? Can you leave it as is?

Anyway, for the record, here my skin issues:
1. Syringoma
2. Freckles
3. Combination skin (Moody skin, it's gonna be oily when it wants to be oily or when I put something on my face)
4. HUGE Pores - when I started my blog my pores weren't as big as they are now. ahuhuhu
5. Uneven skin tone (probably because of my freckles)
6. Dark Complexion (I put this as an issue because I can't find any shade that matches my skin)
7. Dull skin

I feel like I'm getting uglier by the minute *sobs*

Day 3: Foot Appeal - Dry Feet

My feet looks super dry and wrinkly. I also noticed that my feet looks darker especially the skin around my nails.

Waaahh... arrrggh~ My feet looks ugly!

No peeling yet... Although my heel feels like Velcro I guess the peeling might start from there. Aside from being dry and wrinkly, my feet looks shiny..

Sorry for the incoherent post. I'm feeling under the weather lately. There's been several typhoons here in the Philippines and every time I commute home I'm drenched.

I haven't been taking pictures of my feet to show you my foot appeal progress I'm a little lazy to take pictures. I'll try to take pictures when the peeling starts. Hopefully..

Celeteque Travel Kit

I bought Celeteque's travel kit since I thought it could be handy in the office. I usually wash my face after lunch in the office, I know it isn't recommended to wash your face too often but it's one way for me to perk up while working.

The travel kit came with a cleanser, toner and a moisturizer.

Each bottle had the expiration date printed on it.

I broke out because of this, especially because of the cleanser. I'm still using it until I can finish all three products... I hope I can...

Good thing I didn't buy the big bottles. I feel like the cleanser is a little to mild for me and my Cetaphil cleanser does a better job. Can't comment on the toner since I don't like it and I don't really hate it at the same time. The moisturizer on the other hand was my favorite of the 3. It felt like my Cetaphil cleanser when used without water.

Foot Appeal~! Day 1 and 2

Day 1:
Yesterday, I finally mustered up the courage to try the Foot Appeal Peeling Mask I bought last month. I didn't take pictures this time I was too excited to put it on. XD

Well, when I first opened the 2 packets included, I thought it smelled like cheap white wine! I put the mask for 1 hour (60 minutes). After 10 minutes my foot started itching and the mask was oozing out of the plastic socks. I think I should've sealed it better.

When I took the mask of my feet felt good, just like when I use the purederm foot mask I love.

Day 2:

I didn't notice any peeling, but my feet were dry and itchy...

Eyeliner 101: Eyeliner Effects

Because I'm struggling with my liquid eyeliner I looked for some eyeliner application tips and luckily I found one from Tony Moly PH

I've been doing the the effect that makes the eyes look oval. I wanna try the effects for Larger Eyes, Rounder Eyes and for eyes to look further apart.

I seem to be lucky this month I've been getting some special treatment from July ^_^ A lot of things... even the little things have been making me feel happier, encouraged, accepted and hopeful. ^_^

Just wanted to share something that made my day this friday:

I ordered a tall coffee jelly drink from Starbucks before going home. I asked the barista if there was a drink that was "slightly" caffeinated, and he said we could make up a "half decaf" drink just for me. HAHAHA! I noticed the barista who was making the drinks prepared the drinks of a regular customer, who came after me, before my order.. When he finally gave me my drink I was surprised~

Look at my "half-decaf" tall coffee jelly with no whipped cream OVER FLOWING with happiness~!

The barista told me that he didn't want to waste the coffee so he tried to fill the cup as much as he can :) Things like this make me happy~!

>_< and this wasn't the first time this happened to me! First it was "bubbatealiscious" now it's Starbucks! It's definitely a great month.

The guys from bubbatealiscious are super kind enough to let me drink from my milk tea before they put the lid on my cup so that they can put the left over milk tea from their shakers~!

YAY TO NO LEFT OVERS!!

Here's my second attempt at gradient nails. It took me less than an hour to do this so it's not so perfect >_< I just wanted to look pretty for my BF on our movie date ^_^

I decided not to do stamps on my nails this time because it was a little more time consuming than manually making the flowers. So far I think this it one of my successful nail arts, despite the messy dots... =_=
